Gaethje has NEVER had a bad fight. What he did to Tony, no one has been able to do. I am super stoked to see the Chandler - Gaethje fight. I think the key for Justin is to stay calm and use a ton of leg kicks to slow Chandler down. To me, this is fight of the year and I just watched the Ortega - Volkanovski fight that was amazing. They both are honestly. Gaethje had success with the leg kicks and Dustin had success with the headshots. Now I think it would be more technical between them. Dustin would check more and Justin would have better head movement. I’m glad that Justin is getting the respect that he deserves! He’s been my all around favorite fighter for awhile now (ever since he lost to Dustin) People don’t talk about Gaethje like they talk about everyone else. I remember on a Twitter thread someone was talking about how Dustin beat him easily, and Dustin replied with “it wasn’t easy.” The other moment I love is pre-fight press conference with Michael Johnson, and Justin tells him “I’m gonna take you into deep, deep water and you’re aren’t going to be be able to swim” (paraphrasing) and then just went out and did just that. He made Michael Johnson just give up, slumping down on the side of the octagon. Dudes a savage and I will buy every PPV he’s on, hope I see him fight in the cage live one day

Easy to win a fight when your opponent has the same manager as you and helps you submit him by pulling your leg up to his shoulder for you. Just like Gaethje did for Khabib. Go back and watch the finish. Gaethje had both arms in Khabib's guard. Up until he pulled his left out and used it to pull Khabib's right leg to his own shoulder. A thrown fight doesn't get any more obvious than that. On film no less. At least when Chael let Silva triangle him he had the decency to sell it properly.

Growing up in Colorado and living in Colorado gives you crazy cardio . Wen I was in Army station at Fort Carson in Colorado springs my cardio was insane. Wen I finished my duty after 2 years in Colorado I went to Kentucky and I could run a mile about 1.5 minutes faster there.

If you're an MMA fans and want top level entertainment than Justin Gaethje is the guy you want to look at. I'm a Khabib fan but it's Justin Gaethje fights which give me more goose bumps than Khabib because he's unpredictable, one minute down, next minute up. And I really really believe that we've yet to see the best of him and his fight with Tony Ferguson was just a glimpse of his abilities, he can achieve a lot more with better discipline.

I'm afraid if he doesn't give himself over to doing a little bit of wrestling he won't get by the tip top. Justin's focus now is the absolute top. Those are his competitors and it's that last level. I hope he keeps growing being open minded and who knows maybe shoots for a takedown on one of those top guys. Against Dustin I think he needs to. Against Islam and Olivera I think regular Justin that defends take downs and scrambles and keeps it standing is the way to go. Who knows I just want to see him reach his goals but he couldn't be more appreciated and respected.
