Your a very good training partner Jeff. You know exactly when to pick up the sparring and when to keep your cool. Working at your partners level is key specially if you have advantages. Sometimes it’s good to show your dominance and Jeff does it in a respectable classy way. Love the video

Agree. When I was trained in Korea during my taekwondo Carrier. Some of Korean athletes are assholes. No head guard, he landed a full power axe kick. KO'D me cold.

Idk exactly what it is, but you look next-level great in there. Cardio is elite-level, with very consistent forward pressure. Your combos are fluid and multi-levelled within that framework. And you have that sick-ass front leg sweep you pull off with perfect timing @3:33. You honestly look like a champion playing with your prey in the off-season man. Whatever you're doing, its working 100%

Your head slip has improved noticeably. It's a deceptively tough thing to master, because among other things it requires keen spatial/positional awareness, confidence, the ability to accurately judge distance, and recognize/anticipate tells and patterns by your opponent. Not everyone can do those things well, much less all of them well. I've always had a knack for pattern recognition. 😉

You should visit Costa Rica it literally borders Nicaragua there's a couple of gyms in Cartago you could check out.the flight is like 30 minutes you could even take a bus but I wouldn't it's a couple of hours,but the flight can take you straight to San Jose the capital.
