At 12:00 is more ideal. I don’t know Muay Thai or KickBoxing flexibility for “sparring,” but in the initial minutes of this video guys have shin guards. If you’re going “hard” or improving on techniques aren’t you limited to hit your opponent with striking kicks to the head? Because you can also guard block incoming kicks. Because in a pro fight there are no shinguards. I find it all exciting nonetheless.

Also wearing might give you a false sense of protection leading you to getting hit harder and more often... thats my thoughts but some will disagree its down to what you believe. 👍 head guards are good in the lead up though to lessen the chance of cuts which is very important for a fighter especially if they pay the bills this way.

@@mariovitorlauande2706 yeah thats why those guys cant take a punch later on in their careers when theyre supposed to be in their prime. You shouldnt be getting flat lined at 30 31 years old because you sparred this hard in your 20's. Be smart, think longevity, youre not gonna fight forever.

Jesus H Christ. I usually love your videos because the sparring is controlled and technical - what is all this? Are they trying to KO each other?
