Love it! Your voice is so clear that the auto-translation captions works well :D (surprising since there are "technical" words), I suppose that japanese is simple for AI to figure out. Keep it up

32:45 I have a problem. When adding a second material slot, the entire body switches to it. And when I select all the non scalp faces and assign them the skin material, they keep having the color of the hair. I tried with other objects and they don't have this problem, so it is somehow body exclusive, I also tried adding more than two materials to the body and the second one is always taking over the entire body.

24:27 for me same hex color is looking different, any idea why? I'm on standard mode, not filmic.
@mmcganimetic3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment! Maybe the scene settings are a little different For example, the scene light and scene world settings in the upper right corner of the 3D view. Alternatively, it may be a setting other than the base color of the principal BSDF.
@Monshilstraze3 жыл бұрын
@@mmcganimetic Thanks for the answer. But everything is same. Even when I copy the HEX code and same HSV values, colors look different, sometimes very different... Also, Grayscale is acting very weird for me. From 0 to 1 values are inaccurate. I mean, from 1 to 0.5 it almost doesn't change, but from around 0.5-0.3 to 0 it darkens really fast...

All this time, I was confused why the character had no sclera (eye whites). Hehe
can i have a question?, do the body or skin material need to be UV mapping too? because its seems a little bit more complicated to uv mapping the body
@mmcganimetic4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment! When the work is completed in Blender No need for UV unwrapping You can freely decide the color with Shader When exporting to the outside, it is necessary to UV unwrap the body etc.

@@mmcganimetic thanks for the advice mmcg, yeah i intended to export it to unity and i just clueless how to import the material to it
@mmcganimetic4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment! Blender materials cannot be exported to Unity This is because Unity and Blender are basically incompatible. So you need to set the material on the Unity side
@fauname9802 жыл бұрын
@@mmcganimetic Sorry, do you mean I need to reset the material to enter Unity? (Meaning that the materials used in blender are useless?)
