This video is amazing. I watched a couple videos before this one for "simple tricks" remembering the two categories only for them to either pull out no such tricks or obscure anologies like hands on a clock

Amazing Pnuemonic and Presentation as a Biochemistry Instructor. I am curious about your second example @Eightfold MCAT. I understand ti as a great application question testing students on the structure of their nucleotides; however, gel electrophoresis is based on particle migration instead of weight and charge (which is done artificially with a dye that will have certain preferential association). Does this make sense or is there something I am missing? I am a junior graduate student so please let me know if I am missing something!!

Yes, although recognition rather than ability to draw them out is more important. I can think of at least two questions on the AAMC practice exams that require this knowledge.
