Loving the videos Jeff!! The family and I are looking to possibly make the move from the very restrictive and cold state of Minnesota in July. From what we have been seeing we are thinking we like the Spanish Fort or Daphne area. Would you be willing to do a video of those areas please? I'd appreciate it, been hooked on learning about Mobile for the last week!

Some of them do, but they’re very low. Most of them are under 300 per year. Some are much less.

My prediction is that we will see a lot more sellers put their homes on the market, making this a much more balanced market. With interest rates hovering around 6%, I believe they will stay that way, again bringing about a more balanced market. We’re starting to see a few price reductions, longer days on market, and more “back on market“ homes than we have seen in several years.

Hi Jeff, I like your videos. How about property taxes in mobile?
@livinginmobile3 жыл бұрын
The property tax is super cheap, if the home owner has filed for homestead exemption, which most have. A $300,000 home in West Mobile would likely pay around $1200 per year in property tax
