I just replaced the wax ring in my master bath toilet s couple of weeks ago. I used the new kind made out of rubber, much better. (Yes, I did it myself. It’s easy.) Now that the floor has dried from the leak around the wax ring, toilet has to be removed again so the sagging water damaged floor can be replaced. 😢 No more wax rings for me! Thanks for the useful video!

Why replace floor with wood again, why not just use FIBERGLASS.
