@@TheExecutorr when you get enough time you can watch it.. gundam 00 the wakening of the trailblazer (at least I didn't liked it... the "main gundam" in this movie was kinda pointless to me, the "villain" they created wasn't even developed... at the end the movie gives you a deep positive message of peace and understanding..while 3/4 of the movie was a compilation of gunfights at something that didn't have a defined shape... and the rest was setsuna suffering a headache with emotional music and flashbacks of children or dead characters lol) At least I didn't liked the movie..to me it went kinda downhill in quality, but uverworld's ending theme was cool

I've seen Wing, Seed, Destiny, 00, AGE, and the 08th MS Team before IBO, and I gotta say, IBO had the most well-thought out story in my opinion. I typically find fault with even my most favoured Gundam series, but it felt as if the writers actually wanted to do really good job and made sure they ironed (heh) out all the edges.

Setsuna's personality is of a drone. Then they bring Aliens into gundam with that terrible move and the amount of deus ex machina's that happend in the show. You think setsuna died, but then he magically survived the next season.

Be aware there is a slight slowdown at the end of season 1 and maybe it’ll bore you for 3-4 episodes (thats what I heard from many people) but if you bare those few episodes, the reward that season 2 gives you is huge, and also the end of the show is magnificent

Yeah, Orga's death-by-out-of-nowhere-drive-by was a disservice to the character. He lived his life trying to ensure that the rest of Tekkadan would have the opportunity to live their own lives; he should've died doing so. And Lafter's death just made no sense; there was no way anyone could've known in advance that she was in the store, and she was facing away from the window.

Mika is super flat, but watching any Gundam for the main character alone is a waste. What makes Mika interesting is his interactions with others, for example. It's not a battle shounen where the protagonist has to make the world spin around itself.

This show was special. Grotesquely underrated, disregarded by some because it retreads the classic Gundam themes even though it has new perspectives and new angles. And disregarded by others because mecha anime isn't fashionable right now.
