Mobile Wood Fired Pizza Oven Review - Capri 1100

In this video I review the Napoli Capri 1100 stainless steel wood fired pizza oven. This has been installed in a mobile food truck owned by Chris at Porcupine Eatery in Melbourne Australia. Chris cooked around 170 pizzas in a single session and was happy with the overall performance of the pizza oven. The oven has a one piece inner stainless steel dome and is well constructed inside and out. A gas fired version may be available in the future.

Does the outside of the dome get hot to the touch once the internal oven temp is ready for a pizza cook?

Hi, the ovens are well insulated but they will get warm and possibly hot at the top around the flue pipe.

@@danhem100 The temperature in a stainless steel oven will drop quickly when the fire goes out, they do not retain heat like a refractory cement or brick oven. They heat up quickly and cool down quickly.
