Very Nice Floor Plan. Really like the Window's in the Hall,(You Never SEE 👀 That !!) as well as in the Livingroom. 👍 They all bring in more Light. Also, loved the lil' Den area, 👍 off the Kitchen. In the Dining area, really liked the French-Door. Really like the LIGHT Cabinet's, and the Choice of Flooring. Really liked the Walk-in Shower, in the Master Bath. Loved the Nice Porch !!! 💛

This home has some really nice finishes! I would change a couple things tho.....I don't like the door to the master being so close to the entry door.....I would want a darker, real wood top on the island.....stone around the fireplace and....the " bonus " space off the kitchen is a little strange to me! I would have to make some kind of changes there. Overall.....this is a beautiful home!

I don’t know why the dealers get them like that. If you were to order one yourself, you can put a ceiling fan in any room you’d like.

Exactly what I was going to say, they look hideous and are quite useless really and don't suit the modern style. They could make quite a few ballet tutu's out of them Lol :-D Other than that a gorgeous home.

This has a nice floor plan but the rooms are so small. One thing the designers of these home don't seem to think of is bed placement. Some people don't like putting their bed in front of a window or have the head of the bed right by the door. I know I prefer to have the foot of the bed facing the door. That alone would be a deal breaker when buying a home.

I do agree, but likely they think of the bedrooms as just places to sleep rather than sanctuary spaces, with the "living" areas of the plans for "family gathering" space. At least they give a bit more thought into the kitchens. They used to jam the range into a space with no counters on one side or the other, right beside the fridge or tucked into a corner.

Stupid investment. These trailers depreciate in value just like a car, plus the buyer has to pay sales tax. Not to mention the danger these things are during a hurricane.

Way over priced.. A family member bought a brand new one for 151 thousand, when her husband died a year later from a heart attack she couldn't afford to keep it so she sold it, and it was on a permanent foundation, it had depleted in value by 12 thousand dollars in one year.. that's crazy it cost so much money, but yet it's not valuable in the long run, like a stick build home.... unbelievable waste of money... its strange how the master bedroom closet is bigger then the family room, but it's a 132 thousand dollars.....unbelievable

Absolutely Love everything except those blimmin awful curtains, they date a place so bad, and quite useless except to make ballet tutu's out of them maybe :-)
