LOVE this one!! In a lot of your videos you can hear the traffic in the background but when you closed the door it was quiet in there. One of my favorites but I don't like carpet..I'd want the laminate or tile all the way through(but that's just me)

A modular home doesn't have wheels on it and tow bar. I saw wheels under it. A true modular home comes off a flat bed or it wont pass code in city or suburb.

They dont come on flatbeds in the south. We have on-frame and off-frame modulars here but they all deliver with I-beams, axles, and tires. The off-frames pull out from under during set up. Also, this one is temporarily setup as a display model.

Not being quippy or anything. I was the sales director for Safeway Homes for 3 years (all modulars), so I wanted to clarify.

Manufactured homes comes in two labels. Red labeled meets all of Hud requirements and gold labeled meets all of local building codes and has to be placed on a permanent foundation. A manufactured home that is gold labeled will still have frame under while a modular home manufacturer uses a removable carriage. The advantage of the permanent steel carriage is that it eliminates the need for crane work and saves about $5000 in setting the home.
