This is exactly the kind of workout I needed today! I've been having health problems that have sapped my energy, so I've fallen off the workout wagon. I still can't do the tough stuff again yet but workouts like these help me get slowly back on track. Been a fan of your workouts for years, thank you!

Hi Jessica, Today was my first time doing this workout. It was not exactly what I was expecting, but I really liked it. One of the ways I'm trying to give myself grace is to listen to my body and not push myself to do workouts that might not be right for my needs at the time. For example, this morning I had planned to do a full on strength workout, but I woke up with a sore, tight back and some aches and pains in my shoulder and hip. Having a history of back problems, I decided to do a mobility workout instead. The grace comes in where I choose not to judge myself for "slacking off." That's an old attitude that I'm 'growing' out of--and there's the growth part. My gratitude is for you! Thank you!

Thank you for posting this workout. I found myself closing my eyes so I could better focus on the movements...I have a better appreciation for the core. The ending meditation made me feel better and gave me a great lift. This is a great routine for my Sunday evenings.

Oh so sneaky! More of a workout than I anticipated, but really good! When you have osteoarthritis and severe muscle tension (and related issues), you never know from one day to the next what you can do. This is perfect for days when weights are a bit much. I REALLY ENJOYED this one and all of your no equipment needed videos. As someone with a lot of muscular strength who no longer works out on equipment, I really enjoy sessions like these where the focus is strictly on mobility, toning, stretching and strengthening! THANK YOU ❤️

Thank you for this routine. It is perfect for anywhere you are in your health and fitness. For me, I am trying to get back into a fitness routine and this video won't leave me too sore the next day and ready to try again tomorrow. My mantra is you really can start again. One exercise I particularly liked and was new to me were the triceps on all 4s. My gratitude moment was thanks to Jessica Smith for offering such quality videos for everyone to access.

Today I wanted something slower, so I thought I'd do 30 minutes of strength with weights, then 20 minutes of stretch...then I found this and it was PERFECT for my mood. The comments left here were really helpful; it's slower paced for those low-energy days but you still feel like you're challenging your body--just gently! Love it, I think i'll come back to this one in the future for sure!

This is the exact kind of work i've been into lately, so thank you Jessica. Ever since i got injured, i now take things very slow, but very much strength focused. Slow is hard because the muscles have to manually do the work and one can't use momentum.

This was perfect. I fell down some steps at work last week and sprained my spine. I’ve been babying it. But I saw this today, and I thought I’d see how it goes. It went wonderfully. My muscles have been tight, but now they are all wonderfully tingly. You used several pieces of music from your other routines that I like, and this was just what I needed. Thank you. On the mend.

Thank you for video- I find as I get older things are stiffer with less mobility in joints- and this type of workout allows me to go more deeply into areas that don't get a lot of attention. It is actually quite hard to do some of these movements. Thank you for the meditation. It was lovely. I need to give myself more Grace.

I really liked this workout. I am an intermed/adv exerciser, so I was surprised to have felt muscle soreness in my triceps and upper back the next day. That move when you bend/extend your arms at the top of the pushup is so unique, along with the triceps push up/down while on the knees. I also like when workouts focus on the hips. Not many do. Thanks for this, Jessica. Would enjoy more of these kinds of workouts.
