I found your channel a few days ago. The way you live so intentionally and how you honour your authentic self is so inspiring to me. While I thoroughly enjoy the videography and fabulous imagery, your messages are what truly hit the mark for me. From across the ocean, you are positively impacting another human being’s way of being. With much respect, love and gratitude. ありがとうございました. ❤️

Now that my kids are grown ,the only thing I see is closed doors and loud music, but the smell of the freshly made bread did the trick . Thank you for sharing this

Aw this was so heartwarming, I’m glad it could bring your family together sharing food is the best
I tried your recipe, but instead of kneading, I left it alone without touching it overnight and baked it the next day. Just worked better for my schedule. It tasted great with lots of air bubbles. Thanks for sharing.
I love watching Ryoya Takashima's videos which is probably why your videos came up on my feed. I can't put my finger on it, but I love the introspective outlook on life that your fellow citizens seem to have and it comes through in these videos which is such a contrast to what we have here in the UK (at this moment in time). It makes me want to visit your wonderful country.

I understand you completely. My family are from China and live in the UK as well. I actually started making videos incorporating chinese culture for this very purpose - have to keep hold of your roots!
Bread recipes, coffee, shots of Okinawan nature, poetic reflections on life = a book idea... my favourite things all in one. When you do, you will have a reader from Melbourne! We love coffee here!

You are from Melbourne! I've never been there !! I know people love coffee in your country. I want to visit Australia someday 💛
I find that life is very much like baking bread; there are parts where there is much activity, as well as parts where you are passively waiting for the fruits of your labour. I am very clumsy and have made many mistakes on this journey, but they have shaped me into the person I have become, and now I spend my time trying to spread love, hope and joy where I am able. If the ability to be good to people is the boon I have received for the many follies and foibles of my life, I will take it gladly and share it wherever I find myself. Another beautifully done video, my friend; well done indeed.

Thank you for your comment 💛 The semi strong flour is different from very strong bread flour. If you don't have semi strong flour, you can make it 20%cake flour and 80% strong bread flour. Yes,you can bake the bread without the pot !! Please try it ✨
