Thanks for the video. It looked like the student was "sidegating" the car to her right at 17:24. What I mean by that is from the video she should have been nearer to the give way line before entering the roundabout in order to improve her visibility. It seems she went forward because the car to her right went forward rather than being able to see properly to her right, which I saw someone do at another real driving test at Hither Green on a roundabout and they failed (basically they went because the van in the lane next to them entered the roundabout ). But if the student was nearer the give way line they would have seen better to their right for approaching traffic. But I may be wrong.

Thanks for taking the time to comment. thats a good observation you made. Due to the camera angle its difficult to see the whole situation in this video. the view is very clear from where she was waiting (in real life not seen in the video). What you mentioned is absolutely correct if she couldn't see I will always tell the student you cannot go unless you can clearly see and make your own decision.
