What if Elite won the battles in season 3 of The Next Step, and Lucien became studio head? Here is what I think would have happened! Would TNS still win Internationals? Who would be on the team?

I think in season 3 Riley should’ve been dance captain, cause it would have given her more experience for being studio head in season 4. And I would’ve kinda foreshadowed the plot.

When Riley became dance captain I think she would have been a bit more stable in season 4 as studio head. Because obviously she never had leadership before but with her experience of Dance captain from last season she might have been able to cope better

I would have done that when Giselle lost to Daniel, Lucien would have said that she is still an amazing dancer and that she can help out J-Troupe, she would have agreed. Then when Daniel is deciding to leave he would have a moment with Giselle where they talk about being best friends, then Daniel would have said that he wants her to take his spot so she does. Also I think when Daniel talks to Chloe she should said that there is a space in the touring company and they want him, so he takes it and goes with her.

This is such an incredible idea! The one consequence I would add is that Gemini did not exist and it was instead Elite in season 4. Then Lucien would have an interesting scene with Riley in the wings before regionals. It would also come full circle as Skyler would go back to Elite after regionals. Like if you agree :)

I loved this, but I don't think Lucien would act like that, I think he would favour the Elite dancers more than the TNS dancers. I also don't think he would choose James to replace Chloe because he knows that James and Riley have chemistry and it could be useful for the tiebreaker round, I think he would choose the best dancer to replace Chloe, and choose the dancers for the tiebreaker duet based on who was the most technically perfect, and not who had the most chemistry. Other than that, this video was spot on, and my favourite "What If?" so far! Thanks for making another amazing video!

This was a great idea! I would have loved to see Lucien's character development as well as his relationship with Kate changing. It would have been better than just making him the bad guy for 3 seasons but then us never earing from him ever again.

Overall I really liked the plot. Specially all the Richelle situation and Lucien and Kate fixing their relationship. What I would add is that Noah would help Richelle with her anxiety because I think that would be perfect for their friendship since they have been friends for a long time. I would also add Lucien improving as a studiohead (including creativity, unifying the team) because before it was all about the technic for his routines. Also what about Emily? I think you didn't mentioned her. Great videoo

i thought : instead of gemini’s winning and the whole plot around them it could be elite and Lucien’s new studio or former studio, but instead of the gemini’s picking on tns they lucien could be talking to riley backstage and be like ‘oh this is why your not good enough, you lead everyone to losers’ which may bring her down and be more stressed and when gemini’s win it will be elite winning and at the end it will just be a really sad scene and it would be like Lucien going to riley and saying stuff like ‘you need to go to business school to learn more’ giving riley a better reason to go. he may also say stuff like yours team was strong but you didn’t lead them right, your failing without me and miss kate made a mistake putting you in charge’. but in the end he becomes really nice to show he actually does have a nice side seen in season 3. so at the end there is a really heartfelt conversation between the two and a nice goodbye dance from riley saying goodbye and how this may she needs to focus better!!

My only thing that I would change is that I would make James tell Eldon to get to 30 pirouettes s bit earlier like when he sees Eldon looking at her and he could be like remember what happened with Emily and. Michelle you should wait till your more muture and it would make more sense in my opinion because other wise if eldons already probably intrested in Thalia he might say yes to James being like no I can handle it because he wants to be with her but this way he like right I won’t mess this up I don’t even know Thalia that I should get to know her when I’m ready. But love every thing else except many I would have Michelle dance solo because we know how good at solos she is and it could show development but Amanda could dance when west was ill cuz I thought it was a bit random and anti climatic to have him recover but yay just my opinion XX love your vids also look how long this comment is like if you agree or if you got this far down👍👍👍👍

I think the same way in this scenario Amanda stepped up to do the solo, Michelle should’ve originally stood up and done it. In my opinion it would have been an amazing finish for her after the season she’d had and would’ve really set up her character for season 4. I also think it would’ve been quite a slow emotional solo rather than something flashy like showstopper

Maybe, but I think they're both too different to compliment each other. Daniel is a lot more fluid and emotive whereas eldon does more hard hitting contemporary, with tricks and stuff. I think they're too different to look good together personally.
