@@FrankZenbuddy, I've used the best machines in the world. NEVER had something fry my Delts like old nautilus double shoulder. You are supposed to go to complete concentric failure on the side laterals, then immediately do the overhead press. If you really push it, you will not only feel the sickest , most agonizing pump in your shoulders, you will have DOMS for probably 4 or 5 days. One preexhaust superset. Even once I was used to it, it never didn't make me noticably sore. Phenomenal machine. If you get a chance, USE ONE! ;)

Biggest version of Ronnie while completely shredded. He might have been a few pound bigger in 2004, but not with the same conditioning and look, 2003 was shockingly lean and conditioned. Everyone was shocked to see him near 300 on stage. The most he competed at ever I believe was 255, he might have been even less in 2002, and he put on that much muscle in a year. Most people think 2003 was his best year ever, others think 98-99 was his best year, it was a more appealing look, but it likely couldn't beat his 2003 stage look, too small in comparison. Thanks fort he upload, never saw full DVD.

thats the insane part that barely anyone knows, the 800 squat and the 2300 legpress was in the same workout all while already exhausted after multiple sets of leg extensions lol. He also did a lot of volume in the warm up sets before the squat. Imagine Coleman doing an actual powerlifting workout in his offseason without pre exhausting himself in the warm ups every time

Could be yes but also ronnie talked about how he was doing an exercise and heard a loud pop and it was something n his back and he still finished his workout which for sure wasn't good. And he did have a few back issues younger too i think he said when something happened in football. So all that hed do like heavy weight after injuries and almost no real rest days it can definitely mess u up in the long run.
