Great video. I found it interesting you noticed the relative lack of rudder authority in the model, as that is also a characteristic of the actual aircraft. I can't speak for the r/c model, but I can tell you the Nanchang CJ-6A is one of the finest flying warbirds with spirited handling.

Thanks for the review, I put this plane on my "planes to consider" list. It looks like used the SBUS connection feature to the Reflex unit. I have done the same on FMS planes to my Frsky receivers, as I like the simplicity and clean look.

Funny about the balance issue. My experience with the like has been they arrive nose heavy, which I've assumed to be manufacturers insurance policy.

This is a fantastic flying RC plane. I have the V1 and on mine I put the battery, be it 2.2A or 3.2A, right at the battery plate and it's all balanced. The only thing I had to do was to set the elevator to the inner most hole to have enough throw to do almost anything. V1 is only 3s as I know but it isn't lacking in performance. I bet the V2 on 4s is really speedy.
