Yep, what a night n an extraordinary day putting the whole shebang together. I was responsible for stage management thru ABC Oz TV. I love the Models, still do, but soooo many more bands presented. Go check them out,: Mental As Anything, DoReMi, The Machinations, so, so many more of the then Oz cream of the crop. But I remember INXS were assholes, demanding extra rehearsal time. And Chris, Lighting. We didn't meet then, but I would love to meet u now: share memories.

I walked in with Models from getting off a plane .Did the lighting for Mentals and Models and got straight back on a flight back too Melbourne as we were doing a show in st kilda . Out of mine out of sight was sitting at no:1 still on the Australian charts . I did the Live it up tour with Mentals as that too sat at no.1 . It was a great time in my life .. Wow. They started out with my favorite Models' song, Big On Love. My apologies to Oz rock fans for the horrific misspelling of Sydney in the MTV show logo ("Sidney"). Geography and spelling aren't always my American compatriots strong points.
