I’m 9 and a half months into TSM and have been having AF days but then I will drink thru the naltrexone when I do drink. I will continue to be compliant and trust the process…

@@thrivealcoholrecovery Katie, I am now 10 months into TSM. I have 3 AF days per week but I’m drinking on the four days that I work. The longest I go AF is 5 days. I do have some small wins like I can go to the grocery store and not buy wine every time. I am listening to all of your content and other “quit lit” stuff as long as it is not AA related. I am currently going through a divorce and I would have an excuse to go back to drinking more but I’m finding that I feel quite the opposite. I want sobriety more than ever.
