Probably because of the finish. This is made of upscale and expensive materials so that's added cost to pass on to buyers. They won't probably get a lot of customers to buy it if the h&l is priced higher than other competitors.

I love it gusto ko yung part ng sa may kitchen maganda sya napaka aliwalas kahit maliit lang, yung laundry area lang sa 2ndfloor gusto ko sya ilagay sa may kitchen sa likod malapit sa sliding door para medyo maluwag sa 2ndfloor pag akyat sa mga rooms.

Gustong gusto ko din ang house design na ito, sana lang may bedroom sa baba and yung terrace sa taas sana common area. And I wish may small bar area near the kitchen. Very fresh ang ambiance, love the terrace sa front and back, and the windows with adequate lighting. Thumbs up!
