Cakeshare, my strawberry and almond tart recipe! ASMR

WHITE CHOCOLATE NAMELAKA:
100ml milk
3g gelatin in sheets
170g white chocolate
200ml cream
PIE:
75g butter
45g almond flour
40g sugar
1g salt
30g egg
100g cake flour
ALMOND FRANGIPANE:
25g cake flour
100g almond flour
50g of sugar
100g butter
1 egg
STRAWBERRY CREAMY:
100g cream
100g milk
40g sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
5g gelatin in sheets
110g strawberry puree
Red gel food coloring
N.B: the doses you find in the recipe are used to make 2 cakes, all except the doses of the tart. So I advise you either to halve the doses of the Namelaka, the frangipane and the creamy to make a single cake or to make two as I did or to double the doses of the tart and instead of using the 16 cm mold, use the 32 cm one. !
The silicone mold I used for the Namelaka can be found in specialized pastry shops or on the internet.
Doses for: 6 people
Tart mold diameter: 16 cm
Silicone mold diameter: 14 cm
