Is it that hes a chameleon, or is it just that he has been open to being proved wrong. He is probably one of the few people who openly says often "I was wrong". I'm not saying we have to like him or not, but I think its deeply refreshing that he opens his flaws to the surface. Whereas someone on the Daily Wire or Left wing media will likely talk about the same issues from the same perspective again and again. Piers said their he is a centrists. I am too. So it Stephen Fry and arguably Rory Stewart is. Being doubtful, and lack arrogant certainty in your arguments is something healthy internally but also not very appealing to the outside world - as we cant be put into a box very easily.

Yep, we all knew after the Congressional investigation pinpointed the money laundering from TEN Biden family members got $$ through proven shell companies that he was gonna pardon his family. The Senate is going to release all the proof soon. even If they cannot be federally charged, they can be locally & state charged, if they broke state laws. But it will be released to expose what he & his family did, regardless if they can be charged for proof how corrupt they are. Biden did not pardon himself & treason is an unpardonable offense anyway. His family took hundreds of thousands of $$ from China. The book “All the President’s Money” laws it all out from bank records & phone text messages. He couldn’t be charged of anything while President, I expect his family will be fully exposed. China was just one of the countries, there were at least six others, including Russian.

Pierce, I disliked you when you were giving your British opinions on our rights in the USA to bear arms, that was put in place because of British rule at one time. My Dad, a WWII VETERAN, told all if his children, “NEVER LET THE GOVERNMENT TAKE YOUR GUNS.” It is the first to go in a dictator rule, because “the people” had no way to fight back. After this interview, I really like you again. You get us here in the USA, and I kept saying to everyone in my orbit that WOKE IS Facist, for the very reasons you stated. No one has the right to tell another how to think, speak, or live. Screw WOKE, we are free here, and NOBODY is going to get by with the WOKE agenda. Kudos to you Pierce. ❤

Pierce will go anywhere the wind blows. Better have him by your side because he will soon go off and plot against you. It took him exactly (as it always has been with him) 2min to make the conversation about “him” how he felt, what he thinks, he’s been asked to give an opinion piece, not talk about himself. lol

I have to be honest, I have disliked Piers for a long time. Mainly because I disagree with his position on gun control, I think it’s fundamentally flawed coming from a country that had just as much violence with the US, just not with guns. Having said that, I agree with pretty much every other position he takes. He’s a great and intelligent debater, and has been consistently so. Fascinating conversation, glad I took took the time to get to know Piers from his own mouth rather than through his heated debates on his show.

Piers saying the UK has some of the most lax abortion laws in the world is both true and untrue...Abortion is a big issue in the US because one side wants no restrictions under any circumstance and the other side wants it fully restricted. Before Roe v Wade was repealed UK laws were strict compared to the US.

Good evening Chris and Piers Yip yip and surprisingly YIP, in short. Our politic in UK and for me particularly here in Scotland need a whole lot of something, ? What that something is just may be helped along by us modeling off of the shiny new Trump administration. Again complex description in short! Truly grateful for this shared sensemaking brain gym. Even my daughter laughed out loud at something piers said, suggesting to me at nearly twenty four she was tuned in for at least a minute or two, whilst scrolling aimlessly on her phone. Thats good progress in my wee household. Thank you for you. 💜

Don’t agree with Piers on everything but one thing he was spot on about is mental resilience. Too many people quit a job/routine/good habit/relationship due to a failure or a bad conversation. Having good mental resilience is essential for us to actually learn from our mistakes, grow and improve.

Most of the people on the Jeremy Kyle show didn't look like they were working at all. They were generally drawn from the ranks of the addicted, the mentally-troubled, the abused or the abusing. They weren't representative of working class people and Kyle shouldnt be pretending he was in some way a class warrior. Kyle, guarded by bouncers, backed by a sympathetic studio audience, orchestrated every encounter so that he had a villain to bark and snarl at. He was harsh, bullying and never interested in helping people heal the messes he'd got them to unpack on national television. Britain's better off without his show on the air.

Wow very strange to see all the negative comments. I can’t say I know everything about Piers’s career but I’ve seen a dynamic man who is living life in the spotlight. He changes, grows, admits faults, and switches positions as he gets more information. He isn’t afraid of putting fire to people he interviews and he does the best with whatever understanding he has at the time. He’s so popular right now because he’s one of the few genuine people in media.

The term Fascism refers to a SPECIFIC aspect of nationalism based on bloodline or birthright. It originated in Italy with Mussolini and carried over into Germany through Nazism. Where to be German was to be superior to all other races. I hate how people toss that term around. It really can't be used to describe any group in America as everyone except Native Americans are technically descended from immigrants from other areas. 🤷‍♀️ Better words to use in place of Fascism would be bigoted, intolerant, dogmatic, or fanatical.
@jaycop9787
@jaycop9787 17 сағат бұрын
Ah yes, Professor Wikipedia strikes again. Fascism isn’t a museum artifact locked in 1930s Italy. It’s a system of authoritarian control, suppression of dissent, and enforced ideological conformity. And guess what? That perfectly describes modern ‘woke’ extremism: canceling dissenters, thought-policing, and punishing heretics who dare question the sacred narrative. If Mussolini had Twitter, he’d be handing out blue checkmarks. So next time you try to sound smart, at least Google past the first result.

For any non Brits, Piers' reputayion in the UK is minimal. He follows the thought curve, is a decent addition to light entertainment and as on the recent JRE, he panel shows are essentially Jerry Springer. He's done okay to make a career for himself after the front page Army lies of whatever paper he was editor for. Don't know why he's given an extended interview though... BS master.
