Cool to hear a man like this is self aware and isn’t afraid to look within himself at his feelings. This is what gives men true strength…nourishing and healing the inner child integrating him into the discerning mind of adulthood. It’s grounding to know we’re all in this together some guys are just more forthcoming with their struggles than others and I really respect what this guest has to say.

There are two things at play when it comes to attraction, with muscles you will ABSOLUTELY become the type that women with very nice bodies and who also hit the gym will not only appreciate but look for. Let's not forget we are not after the attention of any women, women who are not our type are essentially invisible to us like most men are to them. Secondly, once you are jacked - your self respect and love are boosted, you now really believe AND allow AND expect to have what it takes to date the fit women that are now your type as well. It's these two things that make up that magic formula. Before being buff your neither believed you could or should date hot women, and you also weren't a strong match for what those women wanted in a man. So yeah, bullshit on the people saying that charisma can get you everything - it can help to force things that are not meant to be and will inevitably fail, but doesn't make you their ideal match to date

This guy gets it. Going to the gym is really about loving yourself... creating the best you in every way possible. You don't validate yourself through the muscles but the work and long term pounding and discipline it took to pull it off. Once your start looking at working out like this you'll never want to miss a day. I honestly truly hate working out sometimes. But I still go. I feel into some deep depression a few years back got blew up and never left my house. I know if I slip one day I can fall right back into that trap. It just takes one day "I'll just go tomorrow" then it's two days, then it's 3 days etc..

I’m 6 foot 1. when I graduated high school I weighed 137 pounds. I never played sports. I was a druggie/stoner in HS. I Started lifting weights at 23 yrs old. After about eight years of hard lifting and eating a ton I gained around 75 pounds of muscle. I’m currently 212lbs 10% BF. Women ABSOLUTELY 100000% Liked me more after I got ripped. I guarantee it!! The caliber of girl I could pull went up exponentially!! a lot of people will argue that it’s because my self-esteem increased, but that’s total BS, my self-esteem before it was fine. Lol. All other things equal, Chicks like a muscular body. PERIOD. I also noticed that I would get a lot more respect from other men. When I was skinny, if I said an off-color joke, somebody (usually a jock type) might try to start a fight with me. That totally stopped once I got bigger.

A man's self-care habits can reflect his ability to care for others, including his partner. Taking care of oneself demonstrates not only physical and emotional health but also a level of responsibility and commitment that can foster a strong and nurturing relationship. Women often value partners who exhibit self-care as it signifies their potential to provide care and support in return.

thanks for sharing, and keep in mind if even one woman approaches in the gym because they like you (especially if she is attractive)- you can bet anything you want that you also have a chance with almost any other woman at that gym. The difference in female attention from 200 pounds to 240 is probably minimimal, maybe even less so because it does scare some women away. But for those of us skinny guys with no muscle, once you start slowly drastically changing your appearance, your attention will grow exponentially.

The difference is that men will directly compliment you and let you be aware of your progress, women will just look at you when you're not looking and rarely give compliments as they don't want to feel "thirsty". It's no different than women telling other women that they look pretty today versus if a man does it and is assumed to be flirting with her.
@MisterL777
@MisterL777 Жыл бұрын
There is obviously a bias because men know when they say "damn you look even stronger than the last time I saw you", you are going to take the compliment and move on If a woman says that, well, it could imply she's interested in you, and she might not want to give that signal (remember that most young women are taken). So your male friend/uncle goes "wow, looking good champ" and the women you know might think "damn that guy is ripped" but won't say anything. Or maybe she does say "damn you're ripped" because she's your cousin and she knows you won't think she's hitting on you. So you might think the signal IS reality and conclude that men appreciate it much more than women but that's not really true it's just a perception bias (you can't read minds) And let's say you do interest a woman because of that (every shop has a storefront after all). Chances are she's just going to smile at you when you pass by and not go "damn boy looking good, are you single by any chance?". So you probably need to make the first move anyway. But chances are your odds are better now so that's something.

They probably find his wealth and drive appealing but he has to make the approach and not make it directly about his wealth even if it's attractive. *Also a corvette is not really impressive enough to stand out from other guys. I think (speaking generalized and in averages) the bigger you get and more muscular you get, the more it's mostly male attention that you accumulate. I used to be a bit chubby and didn't get too much attention from the girls and then I went to the gym for like 9 months and watched my food. Faaar from "shredded" but got shaped a bit and toned and my face went from potato to bits of cheekbones and jawline. The attention from women went from 0 to 100 with these relative moderate changes. Aftwards packing up more just increases the male attention disproportionally. In fact there is a significant amount of girls that seem to dislike "shredded" for reasons that are not entirely clear to me yet. So bulking more you end up "losing" some again. It's the same as with flashy cars. Women always think men buy Ferraris and Porsches to impress them. But in reality, to a large degree, they want to flex on other men and establish their superiority, which then is supposed to impress the girl. So it's more indirect. Some women dig it, but many find it embarrassing.

For all the young guys who see this, ans anyone who needs it, you don't need to be super fit to get female attention. Yes being muscular helps a lot, but not like we tend to think. You don't have to look like CBUM, and most girls actually don't like that. You can have body fat, or be skinnier and still get girls. If a girl likes you for you or even just thinks you're cute, she'll find something to physically like about you. Maybe you have a nice chest, or shoulders, or good arms or whatever it may be, they'll find something to like instead of focusing on the fact that maybe you don't have a 6 pack, or aren't huge like Chris. Work hard boys, do it for yourselves, and love your results. Appreciate yourself, cut yourself a break here and there, and the rest will flow smoothly

This is a complicated issue. Here’s the thing, the physique alone will not get the women. Having said that, it will put you on their radar, in other words, they will know that you exist, which will then give you the chance to show off your amazing personality. There are a lot of guys who have a hard time getting girls to even notice that they exist, I have even had this discussion with a number of girls before, and after asking them the right questions, I can get them to admit that there are a lot of guys who they don’t even notice. On the other hand, Chad the muscled up douchebag always at least gets noticed. They may not always like him, but at least he’s noticed, and if he has a great personality, he has a huge advantage over everyone else. So I won’t go overboard with the whole “guys notice muscles a lot more than girls” argument, it’s kind of true, but it’s also kind of copium from guys who don’t have a good physique.

That last comment, in particular, was fantastic. Lots of people are letting other people and their own bitterness be their motivation. Let it go, heal, and invest in yourself for your own sake. As for getting gals, lol. Women tend to look at the whole package, not just physicality. Being strong might be that last ingredient that tips a girl over the edge to be interested in you, but if there is nothing to you but a six pack and daddy issues, most gals just aren't interested fellas. Men tend to be more visual anyway, so getting more attention from men from fitness isn't too surprising. Great vid

Fit people are always more attractive. As a woman I do have to point out that overly muscled is also gross to me. It looks unnatural and would limit agility. I'm not speaking for all women of course but as with most things, extremes tend to be horrible in general. I've actually never found a situation where an extreme is good.

@MysticAura373 Is it overly muscular or is it overly lean like extreme veins showing, extreme muscle ripples showing, etc? I think that's likely to be more unappealing because it gives the signal of low resources (food), low immunity (too lean, starved), unhealthy, etc.
@kiara4345
@kiara4345 Жыл бұрын
@MysticAura373 Same here. I think it can look somewhat good though, in an admiring way, as in if an artist chose him as model to make a sculpture of a warrior, god, or something, it would probably look awesome. And also for the dedication it takes to reach that level of physic. Plus I also find that all of my girlfriends or just girls I talk to aren't into that level either.

It definitely makes you more desirable to women, whether or not the women will be open to showing their interest in you is a completely different thing. I will hear through the grapevine who thinks I'm attractive or not, but based on their behavior around me I never would have guessed. Women keep their cards close. Women are incredibly scared of rejection and they're mostly afraid to approach. One rejection can put them on suicide watch. And many of them are too retarded to handle social interactions with someone they find attractive. It's happened to me many times.

Guys.... women don't care about your struggles. They sit at the finish line and pick the winner. A girl won't especifically say she likes a 220lbs bodybuilder.... but when he's a 4x champ, has fame and status, 6'1", millionaire.... all of a sudden... he's "so sweet".

Since im buffed and in a good shape i get way more eyes and attention from girls. Its not the pure muscles or looks, its the confidence you get because you literally feel a lot better and they appreciate the work you put into yourself. This is not rocket science so go to the gym guys and get in shape

He's an extreme example. Ofc he will get attention from men because he's an idol for them. But comparing a guy who's out of shape vs a guy who is reasonably strong and fit, the latter is going to win the most attention from women. Women like FIT , and don't care about HUGE. Men like huge. Huge being a step above just reasonably strong

My experience is women do like fit and muscular bodies, but they care about it in totally different ways than how guys look at it. Men look at the fine details. The cuts, definition, proportions, vascularity. Girls, generally speaking, look at it more broadly. They like a large and masculine man that in one way or another probably triggers that evolutionary instinct of being safe, protected, provided for etc. So they're going to notice broad shoulders, big arms, they might have a few specific tastes like appreciating a big butt etc. This is made very clear when you learn how many of them don't really give a shit if you're not that lean.

Having a more muscular physique will absolutely get you more attention from women, however, I DO believe there is a such a thing as "too much muscle" which can certainly turn them off as well. Being strong and built shows them that you're capable, you have discipline, and just more energy in general, which has huge benefits both inside and outside the bedroom.

Good luck getting too much muscle as a natural. It requires crazy amount of work and discipline for such gains, so most people will never hit that threshold anyways (not unmotivating, just realistic).

Buuttttt the fact is even being noticed more by men is a still plus in regards to women. As long as your character can back that up the extra attention will inevitably lead to more opportunities and if handled correctly will in turn increase your standing in your social hierarchy hense attracting more women 🤯

I am a muscular man and I can say that other guys nearly always comment on my physique. I gain better acceptance in cultural encounters, in same sex and opposite sex encounters to the point it's startlingly obvious. I'm not huge, but I'm obviously fit and people pick up on that and assume if I can maintain that I must somehow be better than the average person. I don't think it's just any muscular physique, but it takes balance.

here s the thing, when a girl says ''omg look at your muscles ! you re so fit.'' it means nothing. it really means nothing. But if a men says ''bro, you re big whats your diet plan?'' it means you re really big and good looking. Cause belive it or not its way more harder to impress men than women if youre also man. Women compliments means nothing at all.
