How much weight did you add to your Dolphin, i own a 10ft dolphin but it only holds up 435 lbs, with my 35 lb thrust (20lb) trolling motor, 6hp (60lb) Yamaha O/B (30 lb) Battle borne Lithium Battery (12 lb) gas can and me (192 lbs) i have 121 lbs to spare. Yet i need to work on some mod's like your's. I 've done nav lights and interior lights (no drilling) and i installed a gator guard to protect the keel. I noticed the rail around the Dolphin is riveted top deck to bottom deck i need to install some rod holder's and i am trying to decide which way to go. Thanks for the vid

I have one that I tricked out like this one.. It added about 95 lbs to my boat weight. Of course, I also have a 2 stroke gas engine and a trolling motor.
