I'd say it turned out great! Of course whenever one is building a kit, there always decisions we would like to go back and change, but hindsight is 20/20 as they way. All in all, I think you did a wonderful job and I'm looking forward to seeing what the next project is.

Thanks for the awesome build I almost thought there was going to be another video for a while as I was watching but was extremely pleased to see it finally finished. I am a miniature painter buy trade as well and you videos do much to aspire to constantly improve myself. Again great work!

Excellent build video. Thanks for all the great ideas - I've been putting off building my B9 for ages because I couldn't figure out how to do the electronics. I'll be doing a much simpler version of the lighting (single chaser board) and hopefully adding very simple sound. Special thanks for the 'loctite silicon sealant' suggestion - you're absolutely right about not using Cyano or plastic cement on those leg parts (plastic welder won't work either - it'll just melt the vynal..)

Great video it still look incredibly real without the power pack and pleased to see the two small holes where the power pack goes, remenber the 1st episode of lost in space robot b9 only had two holes just like your model, before they added extra hole making it 3 holes, great work and good job with video review. Thanks!

Sweet. Gives me a few ideas for my kit but I'd advise against changing the speaker for a bigger one. I did it with the soundboards for my Liberator model and my Invaders saucer and the bigger speaker overloaded the batteries so the sounds didn't always play properly. As soon as I changed it back, it worked perfectly

Thanks for the great ideas - here's one for you, for clear parts like the 'bubble head', try using jeweler's cement (very strong bond, and dries crystal clear since it's usually used to attach glass lenses to watches).

I've enjoyed the series since I just picked up this model today. It's funny though with the series being 7 years old I wonder how techniques and pieces used would have changed considering things that are available like smds and things like that. Have you ever considered revisiting old models or doing a new build on a previously built kit?

You can use GOOP glue cause it's non conductive and silicon based. It's perfect for open wires and electrical stuff.

I just found out that the Robot's actual "eyes" are those end pieces on the silver plate in the bubble. They even look like eyes.
