This episode honestly had me fighting back tears, I’m not even at the end of it but I feel like I’m being corrected myself in my own character and posture especially when Kabelo spoke about withholding love from your partner based on how you feel their treating you. Feel like I’m being corrected on my own behaviour towards my husband as I speak and I thank you for the vulnerability and transparency in sharing the lows and challenges that come because we really do romanticise things. I too am one who visualises and imagines how I think things are supposed to be and am so attached to the end product that I don’t actually allow the process, or become discouraged and disconnected once that image no longer looks like what I thought it was supposed to be! There’s no relationship on earth that will challenge you and bring you to a greater knowing and understanding of self like marriage does
