"I wrote “Release” when I was still very depressed but I instantly knew that it would be the last song of this record. It was kind of a way of telling me things were going to be okay again sometime. The future me talking to me right now releasing me from my pain.
So it’s still sad but there is so much hope in it. It‘s sad because it’s hugging the pain. Deciding you want to be better from now on also means realising that you’re at your lowest. It’s the song that means the most to me on the album because it made me choose happiness by opening up that tiny window of possibility that I wouldn’t always feel like fucking shit. It’s crazy that music can do that. Writing this record healed me.” - Mogli

You, your music & this cinematic work are just so Beautiful and Powerful! ✨ The way It portraits The diferent inner struggles and stages when dealing with depression, its Just UAU! I'm now coming out off the darkest depression i've ever had. And through ravage i was reminded of where I started, what i went through (still am), and of ALL The Million little Brave steps and decisions I had to made along the way. Now It makes Sense that even though me And my life are still in pieces, I do feel this inner strength. (At least today 🙂) I do Wonder, though. Does one ever feel whole again?
