Could you share from where you get your Shea butter? Is it from South Africa? Ghana? Etc? Thank you for directing me here to this video in which I had a great amount of interest. Your Shea butter mix is castor oil, sweet almond oil and which essential oils, please? Great teaching and tutorial video. Your hair care process and routine are very good. It is very similar to what I advocate and what most women with tail-bone length, afro textured hair also do. Bravo!

Hi what do you use as live in conditioner for your hair And what do you use to recover a breaking hairline
@nothandondlovuraw73882 жыл бұрын
I dont particularly use leave in conditioner I like my hair to be uncoated as much as possible because sometimes I do water only wash so I stick to herbal teas with aloe juice for moisture and light oils infused with herbs. I avoid hairstyles that pull my hair tight and always have essential oils in my hair mixtures as well as the aryuvedic herbs. I think I should do a video to show you exactly where I've come from in terms of damage and what I used to recover. Thanks so much for watching

Hi Just found your you-tube. My hair is still short doesn't even make a bunny. Thank you again for sharing about essential oils. always thought of them but never tried. What would you say about peppermint essential oil? Is it an oil I can also incorporate? if yes how? rinse/add to moisturizer/as a seal in oil.
@nothandondlovuraw73882 жыл бұрын
Thanks and also for popping by, any essential oil must be diluted in an oil. You can add to teas as well, do not use in a rinse because it can run into eyes and cause irritation.😊

@nothandondlovuraw73885 ай бұрын
I would say do a bentonite clay detox and finish it off with a cold water and a little apple cider vinegar rinse. This will help remove any build up if there is any that is blocking moisture from penetrating. Is there any chemical damage that you are aware of? Then also do regular hot oil treatments with cold pressed castor oil

Hi there, it’s fenugreek seeds which you can get from most spice shops and rosemary herb which I took from my garden
@irenedordunoo79822 жыл бұрын
Hi, I used rosemary and fenugreek tea to rise my her after washing it. I then braided my hair in cornrows but after I had unbraided the cornrows the next day, my hair started to break. I've not had such breakages in a long time. I don't know what might have gone wrong though. Can you help in anyway please?
@nothandondlovuraw73882 жыл бұрын
Perhaps the fenugreek was too strengthening for you, I always add aloe juice to herbal mixtures and that helps to balance moisture. For now do a pure aloe vera juice spritz for a few days to build up the moisture in your hair. I hope that helps
