@mokpot Жыл бұрын
Hi Nic, at 4:59, you might be looking at all the debris along the right side of the log? That is a collection of loose branches and pine cones mostly, all on one side due to… a slight sloping bottom the tree catches them, keeping them from going deeper perhaps? Waves? That tree may have been laying there for hundreds of years. A hot rock, is one that is highly mineralized, usually of Iron Oxides and sets of a metal detector. It is always good to hear from you !

You have a lot of gear clipped to that belt. Do you have to wear any additional weight with that full wetsuit, or is the weight of the equipment enough to create neutral buoyancy?
@mokpot Жыл бұрын
The DPV (scooter) is about neutral buoyancy, I usually dive a little overweight. It may be 2 pounds or so, when I am metal detecting, or when I am diving in a river with current. I do end up heavy though by the time I pick up a bunch of stuff, but never so much that it becomes an issue, maintaining neutral buoyancy is not a problem, my BCD (buoyancy, compensator) has more than enough lift to maintain my neutral buoyancy.
