Unsalted Butter 50g
Sugar 50g
Milk 80ml
Egg Yolk 3 (~55g)
Cocoa powder 25g
Cake Flour 30g
Egg White 3 (~90g)
Lemon Juice 1ml
Sugar 50g
Salt little
▼Instructions
1. Chocolate, butter, sugar, melt in water, add fresh milk and egg yolk
2. Add the sieved cocoa powder and flour, and mix well
3. Add lemon juice and salt to the egg whites, add sugar in portions, and beat until soft peak
4. Add the egg whites to the egg yolk paste in portions, mix well, and pour into the mold
5. 180C / 356°F, 25-30 mins, let cool after baking
