Hey Pie-o-nears.... Satisfactory Version 1.0 is coming in 2024 and its time to have some real fun, and now i just want to go nuts with an interesting playthrough. In this ep of our modded playthrough there are two new molten metals that need our attention and they are not easy, but boy are the needed for some end game fun.

The nexus is really cool, but you need to get it deep in the MAM tree for it to be amazing. You get teleportation, items automatically refilling your inventory, and no longer need trucks trains or belts to move items across long distances. The only catch is that you need to build the wire (think internet) to the locations that you want to use above abilities. They are all really great abilities to have and totally worth your time to spend an hour here and there to have most if not all of that unlocked around the time you get to aluminum. Takes a really long time. Slugs also take a really really long time to do their thing and get you the upgrades, but they give you power shards and eventually different levels of slime sludge that boost productivity of certain machines (like modular miners) by a ton.

yeah, the slugs are my fav part so far, that and farming. Not a fan of the teleportation stuff, but only cuz it has a steep learning curve.

@@DrawingXaos It needs more explaining for sure. Bedplaysgames has a few episodes that explain how to use the Nexus well. I didn't really use it till I got teleportation. Instant travel is pretty useful. I think you need to unlock mk6 hard drives before you can get it. I'm not really a hypertube cannon guy so the teleporter was such a time saver. I built my train next work mainly to get my butt around the map.

I went back to unmodded to pick out a starting location and decided do a quick starter build and even after 1600 hours game time, this mod has overridden some of my memory from the base game. Started fumbling around trying to figure out all the recipes again. This might be a fun addition to the 1.0 content making it feel completely new again if you can hold off till then.

yeah, i know what you mean, but then when you re-learn it all it feels like easy mode though. i cant wait to get back to this in i bet a year when its fully done and everyone is finished with there playthroughs

This looks mental but a lot of fun. Will hold out for 1.0, beat it then take on Plus. Great job on the series!

great video! yeah most creators drop off when it gets too rough lol. just so you know, sat plus is being reworked, but it wont be ready until after 1.0. also the current build will not come back online after 1.0. essentially sat plus will break with 1.0 (naturally) and when it comes back, the rework will be in place. sooooo you may not want to focus too hard on finishing, just wait to start over with the rework. thats what im doing. personally im taking a break from satisfactory so im fresh for 1.0, Shapez 2 came out yesterday and its a blast!

The real race, although a vanilla playthrough, is Kin's StarWars themed mega mega mega build. If you haven't you gotta go check it out. Talk about building to an unreal huge scale
