This was incredible!!! I jazzed it up with frozen broccoli, paprika, garlic powder, diced onion, and shredded cheddar cheese 10 minutes b4 taking out of oven and placed on broil to make top golden brown and gooey! Thanks Mom!!!

So when cooking it, you do not put aluminum foil on top? Also can u use 2 cans of cream of chicken instead of one and one of mushroom?

Always wash rice before adding or cooking it. It removes the indigestible coating

Made this casserole last night for the fam. I used rotisserie chicken breasts, that I de-boned and shredded into large pieces. There was maybe one serving left, and there were 5 of us for supper. Think they liked it! I know I did. So simple, and so delicious. Great recipe, I can see this being great for a church potluck or family style get together. Thanks for another great, easy recipe.
