Mom’s Secret For Crunchy Turkish Borek, Our Birthday Menu

I am making Turkish mom style borek with my mom and a vegan lentil kofte balls. Its both me and my mom’s birthday.
We are making three different borek sauces to experiment and the result was interesting. We end up having crunchiest borek and rich soft borek eith different sauces.
