Tangi, I bought the same mushrooms. I ended up sautéing them sort of sauce I whipped up then vacuum sealed them in meal size packets and froze. We like them over hamburger steak and mashed potatoes 🥔

They finally dried. I believe I ended up dehydrating them for 8 hours. I haven’t tried them in a recipe yet.
