Theory: it's the baker FARM. The reason they have all those crazy storage rooms below the house is meant to process meat. They likely had cows and chickens and the like to slaughter and sell. Explains the freezers, dissection room, excess of meat hooks, and most of the structural oddities. The 'morgue' looks like it may have been used to store animal carcasses, and the vastness of the property can be attributed to generations of Bakers living there. The old house is dilapidated, but not from the mold. It's just old. It's likely that Jack or Marguerite were born in the house, as well as their parents and their children. Most of the sheds and extra rooms were added on, judging by the seams between some of the rooms. If they built the new house by hand, that would explain the trapdoors and weird puzzle systems. The decay of the underground processing facilities could be from the mold and abandonment. Zoe and Lucas are very skinny, even in the past. There aren't any animals on the farm at the present. The animals might have all died at some point, causing malnourishment to befall the family. They would have to go to the nearest town to buy food, which explains why a farmer's car still works.

yep my guess is that they lost the animals in some kind of natural disaster or Lucas being the fuckhead he is did something to either directly or indirectly kill the animals (probably experimenting on them with the mold). Lucas was already a psyco weirdo who perved on his sister long before the effects of the mold and i can only guess that he was working with shady shit long before the beginning of the story because he seemed pretty comfortable with making a space for himself to profit off the virus.

I watch all the playthrough of RE 7 from Pewdiepie, Mark, and Jack. and Markiplier is my fav. sure Pewdiepie is the fastest, but Mark attention to detail is amazing. Mark also read all the note, unlike Pewds. Mark also fast in solving puzzle without reading any walktrough. Jack is good, but the break between episodes is too long. Jack also slow in solving puzzle or realizing whats going on.

The Truth Me too. I watch their videos daily (not to brag or be like "oh, I'm a real fan"), and that includes long series. And yes, Mark's my favourite. His mindset when playing these sorts of games is great, because he always knows what he has to do, and how to do it. If he doesn't know, he tries and learns. Felix is more a humour-oriented playthrough, while Seán's is much more experiential. You can see that he's doing it at his own pace.
