i think the main problem i have with this is the concept of keeping product just because, and not really donating to those in need. donating dog food is great and all, but what do you need 30 cans of corn for? what do you need 50 bottles of similac for when your kids are grown? i really wish more couponing resources went to poor people that actually need it rather than middle class organized hoarders.

@purelysmetalnightcore2 жыл бұрын
What makes you think middle class people don't need to coupon and stock up on items? Middle class people have financial struggles, too. Sure these ladies DO go overboard, but couponing is how a lot of them stay in the middle class thanks to the money it saves them. My parents never made a lot of money but their smart financial decisions kept us above the poverty line, even when my sister was in the hospital for a month. Middle class isn't just about how much money you make, but also about your financial literacy. That's why it's called middle class; depending on the family, they are either teetering towards having so much money that it doesn't matter how they use it, or they need to be extremely careful in their decisions to avoid outright poverty.
@donwade98002 жыл бұрын

I can't imagine how long it takes to do all this shit, just for the high of saving money that you probs wouldn't have even spent in the first place. Also if they know they need that many things you think they'd ask for cases of it in the back instead of forcing the cashiers to manually scan each individual item, and wipe their shelves clean.
