She actually told me "my husband and i would never take charity no mater what was wrong with us ". "he would find a way to make money even if both his legs were broke." she continued making me feel aweful by saying that. She feels this place should only help people. In emergency situations. Like a fire in their home or a spouse passed away. Then she handed me a bag of food and I swear i am not being ungrateful but it was almost like a bag of garbage. The place had shelves of good food but she gave us that. She had to have done it on purpose.because she had no respect for my husband not working. We always worked hard and we had 6 kids. Couponers cleverly never mentions WHERE they get those coupons from. No shade, but this seems like such an obvious flaw - how is she getting around this??

Here, it's just a few pence off here or there unless you've got a reward or points card with a supermarket and even then it's on items you don't need. Plus living in an allegedly well-off area (maybe 35-40 years ago it was but not now), the shops tend to refuse.

When people have more than one cart, they should have to make an appointment with the manager. This is insane. Time and Restrictions makes it a huge pain. She was there at the register for 2 hours !!!

for over one thousand dollars worth of food. It's a good deal for the store obviously.

I hsve seen this in other episodes. She has to group each item and have them key it in and she could have saved two hours.

In the UK we may have a couple of vouchers arrive occasionally, I’d never heard of people doing this before seeing it on tv. Then we had programmes come onto our TVs showing people like the one in the video. It was interesting for a while then suddenly it clicks that yes they’re saving money but their lives are totally taken over looking for coupons. I don’t know about other stores but I have received £20 in coupons directly from Morrison’s, after shopping there a couple of years. Also Tesco send me coupons occasionally 5 pence, or at the most 30pence so it takes ages to accumulate. We would probably have to wait a year before having enough coupons to fill 1 basket never mind several. I did notice couponers do usually donate some of their buys to local churches or hostels. I’d be worried after showing what I had that I’d be broken into and it be gone😄 Regarding food banks I agree with the other comment, people should never be or be made to feel ashamed at having to use them especially in these times when many can’t work due to lockdown. Adults can miss a few meals here and there but children need at least 3 meals a day. Over here we also have clothing banks now children grow out of their clothes so quickly and if it’s a choice between putting money in the electric/gas meter or buying clothes the meter needs to be the priority. 😊👍

Imagine her stock today, and how much of it could be expired because she hoarded it. Seriously, Im all for saving a buck here and there, but this is excessive. If you have to explain why your hoarding is not hoarding, you're a hoarder.

No honey, you ARE a hoarder! There is NO WAY you and your family can eat all of that food before the expiration date or the food or product goes bad.

Not right to change it for couponers and not regular customers
