Delightful as always. Hope your recovery continues. After 15 years managing ME/CFS I know how hard it can be to create the motivation to build your recovery but I always try to remember, health and family first, everything else can wait. Be gentle with yourself, and hopefully the world will be gentle to you. 🤞❤

Wishing for a speedy recovery for your good health. The runner ducks look happy and their new home is gorgeous and fits perfectly in with your home environment. In Connecticut, still quite warm days, but my Rudbeckia is past its glory. Heard there is a new (? hybrid) that grows smaller in height, too.

Enjoying your garden from southern California. It never fails to make me relax and smile. Mine is rather semi desert. Wish I was there.

I have grown Ailsa Craig for many years and just love her. In my old house the greenhouse had quite a lot of shade but she just grew so well anyway! Lots of love from Sweden 🇸🇪

4:35 Nice! And the low autumn sun, it appears to face south! Which will give duckies some much needed winter sunshine. Nice arts and crafts/medeival look, very nice. I don't like the low energy of autumn, but it is restful from the hectic summer, and it is the fruitful time of year. Wishing you better health and thank you for the show and tell from your far distant shore. Ralph in Ohio

The duck enclosure looks wonderful. The new flower bed looks really established already. I grow helianthus lemon queen also and it gets enormous so you will end up being able to divide it and put around the garden-ditto all the asters. I hope you are feeling better

This is something I have experienced myself and have come to understand that same had been scientifically proved Whenever you're out in your Garden, ALWAYS be totally barefoot because our soles love and deserve that freedom. They love to feel various textures of soil between their toes. Apart from n it's very healthy to be barefoot outside. Take for example two plants, one grown inside a pot and tge other grown in Nature. However much you water and use fertilizer, it never looks as healthy as the latter. This is simply because the roots have a limited space to stread and the Nurishment too is the same. The soles of our feet are like the roots of a tree. When you're not barefoot that natural process is obstructed. Our soles are designs to absorb things which are essential to lead a healthy lifestyle. However, use of footwear deprives this process. Apaurt from that there are a large number of Sensors / Nerve endings on the soles of our feet, which connects from head to toe. When we walk on Sand, Gravel and Tiny Stones /Pebbles,our entire body gets stimulated through these sensors. Once again Footwear deprives this natural process. So, go barefoot always for good health and happy feet and soles.

Your vlogs can be better if there is no music in them... have you not seen Kend Hayati's vlogs? their natural environment is what attracts the viewers.

Agreed. The music doesn’t distract at all, and often I listen to the garden tours without watching. While some channels aren’t careful with their music selection, or the volume is too loud, I think Ramona makes it work
