Ah I’m beyond inspired. So happy the new training space has worked out so well, Max! The reps seriously look perfect. If you look at previous profile views, you’ll see that the movement today looks pretty much exactly the same. 💪

Your form is perfect. Your back is like a board man. I think it goes to show, never compromise your training surface. Flat is a must. Super inspiring as always!

Recommend getting that mower out of garage during your workouts. Even with garage door open, your still getting vapors. Could be an issue come winter with door closed. BTW awesome workout.

I just head to local park for mine only issue is with heat I get heat exhaustion and sick. I guess over 300 squats, 45 lying leg raises for first time in while, and 101 6 counts in 20 minutes following will do that in this weather 😅

Another session in the bank👌 Max, why don't you try an unbroken session of these 6 counts and see how you cope? I think your local muscular endurance may cope better than you think. Also, I know you like to maintain a pace steadily, but why not also try going for it on the last minute? I really think you will get well over 300 that way, as you did before when you went unbroken.

What was the conclusion in the end for ice baths harming workout gains?
