Sadly the Oscar win was the worst thing that cld have happened to her....The seas parted, she walked on water n her shit no longer stank....shot her ego into the stratosphere.....Meanwhile, she has never acknowledged the role she played in the tomfoolery.....The industry has NEVER/EVER acknowledged supporting Oscar wins, regardless of race or gender.....N she wants to complain about only getting $50k for the role....By the time the Precious role was offered, Mo had paid her dues n 50k was a low-ball insult.....However, she shld have accepted it with one non-neg request.....Dialogue must be added to elevate the role to principle vs supporting.....That one change wld have altered the landscape....

A lot of people just didn't agree with the way she handled things and wanted no part of it. I think she alienated people from herself because of the way she talked about people. Everybody is not always going to agree with you and you can't feel betrayed and think that people are turning their backs on you because they don't agree with you , because people are entitled to how they feel. Monique was acting very toxic and no body wanted to deal with that.
