I’m glad to see you got the Paula’s Weightless BHA body lotion. When you were mentioning the skin on your legs I was thinking of this products. I get bumpy skin on the back of my legs and buttne 😑 Since using the Weightless Lotion on my butt and legs (about two months maybe?) my skin texture has massively improved and no buttne at all. I use normal body lotion on the rest of my body. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I have just bought the holiday trio of Farmacy cleansing balms as I genuinely have 2-3 uses left of my current. It is actually quite exciting instead of just adding to a hoard!

Glad you found products that worked. Surprisingly, I have not purchased any Paula’s Choice, although I may in the coming year. This year my beauty purchases have been highlighted by 2 beauty tools (Nuface & LED Omnilux face mask), and my subscription to expensive hair loss vitamins (Nutrafol). The joys of aging! Hardly any makeup purchases, mainly skincare this year. Great work on the low buy!

I definitely went a little mad I didn't buy much but I brought things I absolutely don't need 😂 I got a melt eyeshadow palette and highlighter, Priceline released a skincare goodie bag around then so I grabbed that and I went a little mad getting pet supplies/toys 😂😂😂🐈‍⬛🐕

the mecca screen saver is really good at not looking greasy and it sinks in quickly, i just wish it was 50 not 30spf

Hi Hailey, your skin is looking great, I get ingrown hairs on my legs and it sounds like what you describe, just 6 of my fave drugstore foundations at just over £31 total cost in the Black Friday for myself, they were reduced and also on 3 for 2. Normally £12 to £13 each 😊❤

Try the Aldi sport sunscreen. It is fantastic, dries down matte and is cheap. The SPF moisturiser is really good too. I use the tinted one, but they have a white version too.

I’ve been really liking Paula’s choice! My skin isn’t a fan of fragrance and is dry now. I stock up when they have a sale or the free gifts if it’s going to be products that I want to try or normally get. Feel like they are a good mid priced range. Not heaps expensive but not cheap either!

I have just used up the Cerave SA Smoothing Lotion, which has salicylic acid in it, and it worked nicely, was non-greasy but still moisturising, but I hated the smell of it. I think I might try mixing some salicylic acid serum into my old faithful aveeno and see how that goes instread.

Oh i am interested in hearing how some of those moisturizers go. I’ve been using the one I purchased but am not in love with it. So next time I order I want to try a different one from Paula’s choice. Although now the farmacy is on my list too, i adore their lipbalm (totally overpriced but it’s the best Ive ever used)

I stocked up similar products. UV Lean Screen, PC BHA toner. If you like Dear Klairs, have you tried the Rich Moist Soothing Cream?

LOL their is actually no oil in the fudemental oil drop serum its like some kind of magic, i didnt believe at first their was no oil it either but its made to have a light kinda water oil feel without it. It has like bifida sacromisies and peptides and makes ur skin glow its good stuff. 50$ what i think i have only ever paid 20$ for them . The klairs fudemental eye butter and the blue calming cream is amazing too. I also have really dry skin .

Oo i kind of went crazy and bought 3 lip tints 1 lip balm 1 toner 2 serums 2 moisturizers 1 face wash 1 makeup puff 1 blush 1 hair mask 1 mascara and 1 lipstick. I think it ended up as like 240. Unfortunately i cannot claim that i was good throughout the rest of the year bc i still bought stuff periodically esp on mercari and at tjmaxx😅 and from my sister bc shes a shopaholic so i get great deals from her.

Not sure if you have considered this, but take The Ordinary 10% AHA serum and dump it into your favorite body lotion. So much cheaper than buying them together.

It might be better to mix them as you apply it because the aha might stop working before you get to the end of the moisturiser

I’m curious about the Dear Klair. Is it an oily oil? Or a dry oil?

It's technically not an oil at all, it's a very thin watery consistency but leaves the skin quite dewy
