Excellent! I was needing this. Big time problems with keeping my attention, focus and concentration. The food is poisoned with nanotechnology-metals. Aluminum and Graphite. Graphene oxide. I was poisoned extremely bad, and this is the list that I created for myself.

@@anishtalwar5395 This is about as detailed as I have it. I have actually made several videos and have been updating the list as a added new things that would help with my brain and central nervous system. If I made another video it would be about 1.5 hours to go through everything on the list.

Krunapatel has stressed on the importance of having a guru. I agree in part. But the whole Indian spiritual Sadana world has been exclusive to a few because of what you say. So only a few get the privilege of a guru with Ethics. So I Appriciate this teaching. Please continue 🙏🏾💐

I should have watched to the end. Well I have sciatica and also neck pain on the right side here and there but like not every day. Should I still avoid this practice or can I go on since it helps me a lot for my remote viewing practice and also for meditation and well beeing such even as sleep as well?
