It is wonderful to have all Neven's recipes on you tube. maybe pineapple would be good if mango is not available. in this recipe. Cooked his minced beef hotpot for my elderly father and he loved it. I was delighted that all the amazing ingredients he mentions are available in my local dunnes stores. All produce are as excellent as recommended, with great flavour, thank you so much
