Depends on what specs you want but high 4’ or low 5’s is a safe bet!

Nice but overpriced at a half million. Wait a year or so until the market is more reasonable or move to Shreveport.

Thanks for watching! Charlotte’s got 113 people moving here every day so we won’t be seeing prices decline anytime soon, but there are cheaper areas and states. Reach out if you’d like to find a more cost effective state - we can help you move anywhere!

@@LivingInCharlotteTeam I'm almost 4000sf in NC plus free and clear since building new in 2016. I won't be reaching out to nobody to relocate. I just know from a recent visit home (Shreveport), you can get a lot more new house for 500k. You are right though, houses cost what people are willing to pay in any location. That's why I mentioned timing (a year or so from now, fingers crossed for some).

@@aonforme3349 absolutely if you have a great situation never move! I hate it when I see real estate agents saying “it’s always a good time to ____”. Everyone has a unique situation and if you’re better where you are than anywhere else, then absolutely stay there. Also I agree that many markets outside of NC and Charlotte will see a decline over the next year or so. But we shall see. I don’t pretend to be a fortune teller. Lol! Thanks for watching, appreciate your support!

I’m always looking for video suggestions! What sort of No HOA homes are you looking for? Lots of land? Estates? Equestrian?
