Old video so I don't know if you'll see this, but have you heard they are shutting down the online services for the 3DS and WiiU next year? That means that MH4U and MH3U will no longer have online functionality. If you have never played it before, I would suggest playing 4U before it happens because some of the coolest monsters in the series show up at the G rank, like Dalamadur and Gogmazios, and it's best experienced with a group. Also, the story for the game is the best in the series. I wouldn't want any fan of the games to miss out, so I figured I'd comment and try to let you know.

You know what, I'm not gonna lie I watched like 13 minutes of this video and its convinced me to pick up gen ultimate again. I was always a little apprehensive about it because I always felt like World and Rise spoiled me with their mechanics and quality of life stuff, but I've been falling off so much with Rise(Even with Sunbreak on the horizon) that its making me yearn for something more. So yeah, I'm gonna play that game for a bit and then probably watch the rest of this.

Monster Hunter is not an MMO, so it's totally fine to fall off and go back to earlier ones. I'm just glad that Rise is made by the portable people. Already played the heck out of GenU, so personally I don't feel the need to go back, I just play a different game altogether lel.

Idk why I didn't play it sooner ;o; (had a friend years ago who tried to get me to play this back on the 3ds at the time but I didn't. I should have listened) but now I have! And it's great lol.
