IronFranky people are saying it’s Rathalos calling for Rathian but I’m not completely sold on it. The roar sounds so overwhelming deep compared to that of a Rathalos or any other monster in world to begin with.

As a bowgun connoisseur, the way he uses the LBG and HBG made me shudder in horror. As a M U N K I, the way he manhandles those big bois made me gasp in sudden passion! Also Tigrex was there.

ZeDawgear as a longsword connoisseur, that frost craft longsword build, more so the way he used it, made me rear in disgust. As a weeb M U N K I, the shear precision of each strike made me gasps for a I was in the presence of someone who has studied the blade. He truly is a man to fear.

Primal 10 yeah in the ancient forest there’s a rare chance you will hear this and the roar sounds nothing like any other old monster so it’s most likely a new monster (maybe a new black dragon but that’s pushing it too far) or it’s a new take on fatalis roar which will make sense because he has been teased like a thousand times in the 15th anniversary from the picture of him before release to the tease of him at the end of the size comparison video but then again it’s pushing it too far to say *YUP GUYS FATALIS IS 100% COMING* but there’s still a possibility he could come and maybe lives at the highest mountain in the guiding lands or in a unknown area hidden deep within the elders recess.

Lucas Paulino ahhh yes the ancient call of a rathalos the only reason this one sounds different is because his voice is raspy after arguing too much with Rathian because she thinks rathalos is cheating on her with gold rathian

I looked it up a lot of people seem to think it's possibly rath as well but many have claimed to have heard it in the Wildspire waste and Hoarfrost reach as well so idk

In almost every instance of people hearing the roar both a Rathalos and a Rathian are present on the quest but no one has actually seen them roar nor does that explain why you can hear it from the camp as if it's right beside you or why it sounds nothing like those two or why they don't roar like that when your fighting them besides why are they roaring for help if their not in combat?

I don't care if you end up using heavy bow guns and light now guns in the future. But give the loyal thunder hbg a look. Easily the greatest Shotgun the game has to offer and super satisfying to shoot. The noises spread ammo make when shooting kushala is also super satisfying.
