The only reason people hate the kings move is because it looks stupid. I've used it plenty of times and trust me, you're not sitting there doing nothing like it seems. It's an intense strain on your arms and you have to pull be able to pull it off correctly for it to be effective. It's normally used as a last resort but Michael Todd has perfected it. In my opinion, the kings move should be a part of every arm wrestlers arsenal.

I've been doing BFR for 10 years on and off, it's one of my favorite things ever. I'm not sure if this is true, but I personally think that the blood that flows back into your body when you release the occlusion is full of things that trigger beneficial processes throughout the rest of the body. I usually do BFR on my legs first to get a bunch of metabolites built up and then switch to BFR on my arms - I can't prove it, but my theory is that there's metabolites flowing out of the legs and so there's more of that stuff to get trapped in the arms for the duration of the arm sets.

@pan peter Cyplenkov strong he is a mutant. The old Soviet land(before cccp fall apart ) give us some mutant, ( Denis,Oleg Zhokh, Levan etc..)with normal strenght impossible to fight against them. ( for example Devon..) But Michael also has an unusual technique, and maybe hes arm can fuctional an also unusual way. He can drain the roid russians in long minutes lasing fight. But that not cheat. Did you say you did 405 for 13 on bench??? Juiced to the gills lol Btw if someone can lift 400 lbs (on any lift), lifting in the 70-80% for many reps is volume training. Regardless of how heavy it is to the normal person. Strength training is 1-3 rep range. Not 20+ Good shit tho either way
