@leafstormblaze9449 There is a story, it's just found in the blue tablets scattered around the islands. They have added more npcs that do things as well as enemy npcs in the form of bounty bosses. The game still does have a focus on guns since that is half of the game's attraction, but it still boils down to the Pals and how you work with them, especially when you get to breeding mechanics and base optimization.

Hey Ed I was wondering, did you hear about the game "Petal Runner"? It doesn't seems like a typical Monster Taming Game, so that might be, why you didn't cover it. But it's about delivering Digital Pets to their new owners with some Tamagochi-Like Minigames to basically "install them" into their new home. The Maincharacter themselves also has their own Pet-Companion. It's not tagged as Creature Collector on Steam tho, so probably not really counting as a Monster Taming Game
