Monstera Peru Care

In this video, I am going to explain how I care for and grow my Monstera peru also known as Monstera karstenianum.
Monstera peru Care
To care for Monstera peru use well-draining soil such as aroid soil containing peat, perlite, charcoal, orchid bark, very little sphagnum moss, and some potting soil. Bright indirect light is best as well as temperatures between 65F (18C) and 80F (27C). Water once a week once the top 2-3 inches of soil (5-7.5cm) are almost dry and keep the potting soil slightly moist.
The higher the humidity, the better. The ideal humidity is 50% or higher. I try to keep humidity between 60-80% using a humidifier.

Good vid! Can I use a de-chlorine solution (such as for fish aquariums) to water this plant?

Absolutely, will work great. Some plants don't take chlorinated water well. Dechlorinated water is great for a Peru.
