What Todd Hutchings said about Randy Couture and the use of his muscles in his body was awesome to learn! 17:20
@JLewis19793 жыл бұрын
It's 100% true. Your muscles will adapt to your holds, regardless if it armwrestling or Jiu-Jitsu. It's getting endurance in all of those muscles that makes a big difference.

JM Presses are the real deal. Incorporating JM Press into my programming actually helped me blast through a bench press plateau several times. It's incredible for tendon strength and conditioning as well as adding variation and extra fiber recruitment for pressing movements.

Michael, if your right arm is completely relaxed on a table how hard is it for somebody to straighten your right arm? Basically, you’ve emphasized that you’re right arm has an extremely limited range and you can’t extend it fully on your own. Can you’re wife straighten you’re right arm, if not is it because it’s too painful or it just “won’t” move/open?
